Shivam Enterprises · Gandhi Nagar, Delhi
A logo arrives.
It leaves as metal.
Since 1995 we have made lapel pins, badges and insignia in Delhi — for corporate teams, schools, uniformed services and events across India.
Get a QuoteWho We Are
Thirty years of a very specific craft
Shivam Enterprises started in 1995, when most corporate gifting in India still meant a diary and a pen. We took a narrower view: that a well-made pin on a lapel says something a diary never will.
Three decades later we have delivered over 10,000 orders to more than 500 clients, and the work has not changed much in principle. Manufacturing is handled in-house from our Gandhi Nagar facility — which is why a repeat order placed two years after the first still matches it.

What We Make
Pins first. Everything else followed.
Custom lapel pins remain the core of the business. The rest we added because clients asked, once they had worked with us on pins. Everything is made to specification — shape, size, metal, plating, enamel finish, attachment, packaging — whether the order is fifty pieces or fifty thousand.
- Custom lapel pins & enamel pins
- Metal badges & name pins
- Brooches & tie pins
- Medals, trophies & mementos
- Key chains & corporate gifts
- School, institutional & service insignia
How An Order Runs
Four steps, no surprises at the end
The part most buyers worry about is the gap between approving a design and opening the box. Here is how we close it.
Send artwork
Any format you have — a logo file, a scan, a photo of an existing pin. We work from what you’ve got.
We tell you the truth
If a detail is too fine to reproduce cleanly at pin size, you hear it now, not after production.
Approve the sample
Metal, plating, enamel and attachment confirmed against your specification before the run begins.
Delivered on the date
The quoted date is the delivered date. Packed to your requirement, shipped across India and abroad.
Our Work
What thirty years looks like
Tricolour pins for Republic Day, NFC-enabled name badges, marathon medals, employee recognition sets — a cross-section of what leaves the workshop.
Who We Work With
Four kinds of buyer, each wanting something different
Corporate HR and branding teams ordering employee recognition pins. Schools and universities ordering house pins and prefect badges. Government departments and uniformed services ordering insignia. Event organisers ordering delegate badges against a fixed date.
Each cares about something different — consistency, turnaround, finish quality, price at volume. After thirty years we usually know which one you are before you tell us.
Most of our business is repeat business — the only quality metric in manufacturing that cannot be faked.
Recognition that is worn
A service-year or award pin marks an achievement in a way a certificate in a drawer cannot. People wear them because the recognition is visible.
Your brand on the whole room
A uniform or logo pin puts your mark on the entire team at a conference or client meeting, at a fraction of the cost of branded apparel.
Institutional belonging
Schools, regiments, clubs and associations have used pins for a century for one reason: they signal membership instantly and are taken seriously.

Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We take orders from 10 pieces up to 10,000 and beyond. Small runs are genuinely welcome — a set of ten award pins is as valid an order here as a bulk run for a conference, and the per-unit price simply reflects the quantity.
How long does production take?
We work to a 24-hour turnaround. Send your artwork and quantity and we move immediately — this is one of the reasons event organisers and HR teams working to a fixed date come to us. For large or highly intricate runs we confirm the exact schedule with you upfront rather than promise a date we cannot hold.
What is the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel?
Soft enamel leaves the metal lines raised above the colour, giving a textured surface and brighter colour — the more common and more economical choice. Hard enamel is polished flat, so the surface is smooth and glossy, with a more premium feel and better durability. Soft enamel suits events, schools and promotions; hard enamel suits awards, service pins and uniformed services.
Can you work from just a logo?
Yes. Send the logo in any format you have and our design team converts it into a production-ready file, flagging any detail too fine to reproduce cleanly at pin size before production starts.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Pins and badges are light and compact, so international freight on a bulk order is rarely the cost people expect it to be. Tell us the destination with your enquiry and we include shipping in the quote.
What metals and finishes are available?
Brass, zinc alloy, iron, stainless steel and copper, in gold, silver, antique, soft enamel and hard enamel finishes.
